I am not so satisfied with the result of this part because I expected above 4. I have to agree that it is a good assessment because it says more or less accurate words. For example, it is true that I truly enjoy exploring the relationship. I like to deal with logic and mathematical equations. It is a good measure for personal selection because the employer will be able to know how much the new-joinees is confident and what are their strengths and weakness. For a measure of organizational development, I do not think that it will be a good tool because it focuses on individual qualities and there is the least number of work environment regarding questions.
